Thinking:

I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. I believe that everything I do has a purpose. I believe that God has a path for you but it is you choice whether to follow the good path or not. That’s why when girls get pregnant in high school, it’s for a reason. Am I saying that that’s a good thing? No. But I do want to express my opinion about teen pregnancy. I do not believe in pre marital sex but other do. Whether they were in a long term relationship, if they think that sex is okay as a teen, if they got in a bad situation, if they were pressured, if they got caught up in the moment, if they wanted to fit in, if their parents said it was fine, if they wanted to rebel, if they just wanted to try it, or if they were under the influence. Whatever the situation, whatever the right choice was, they most likely regretted it. I do not believe that you are old enough as a teen to know the real reason to sex. That’s why they say ‘no sex until marriage’. In some cases I don’t think that is true. If you are in your late twenties and in a long term relationship, it should be fine. But as a teen girl that doesn’t even know herself yet, it is not right to give up the only thing that is one hundred percent yours. When girls get pregnant in high school, it’s most likely unplanned. I know that sometimes I have a hard time taking care of myself, so I know I couldn’t take care of a child. Girls don’t think about what could happen because of having sex. Your whole life is changed. Its expensive, a lot of the time you don’t finish school, you’re tired all the time, its harder to go to college, your life is all about the child, you lose friends and respect from people, and you are forced to grow up. Guys don’t think about what they’re doing either. They have to be there for that child too and you sacrifice a lot. Not to mention you are stuck with that girl for forever. All I am saying is think before you do things. Don’t make bad choices.
