If you were offered $100,000 today or $1,000,000 fifteen years from today, which would you choose? Explain how and why you would make this decision.
I’m a high school student who is broke I have around two hundred to my name. That is not going to get me through life. I have many, many student loans I’m going to have to pay off since I’m going to be in school for around eight years. I’m broke right now but $100,000 isn’t going to do much right now. I would rather wait until I’m done with school and getting ready to start a family to take the money. I could pay back all my loans and I could start a family and take care of them with no problems. I would have no issue sending my children to good colleges and getting them car when they come of age. I wouldn’t have to depend on work. I could work because I want to and because that’s what I spent so much time studying on. I wouldn’t have to worry about not having enough money to have a good life. I would be able to have a nice house and be overall happy. I would rather wait because there is no reason to have that much money as a teenager. I don’t have as much responsibility as I would in fifteen years.
