What I want to be:
What do you want to be when you grow up? Well most kids grow up with there parents saying "Yes honey, you will be the first women president." They are lying to you. That is very unrealistic. Also, when the dads say to their little boy, "Yes son, you will be in the NBA." This is obviously not going to happen. My parents would always tell me that I could do whatever I pleased. But they always raised to me to be realistic. The never lied to me and said that I could do something out of reach. My goals when I was little were to be things like a doctor and a pro tennis player. But as I grew I realized what was important. I always have wanted to help people. But it's also important to me that I fix peoples insecurities and/or health. So I thought about it and throughout the years I have came to the conclusion that I want to be a dentist. I could help people and have my own office. But that’s not good enough. I can't do a lot with that because dentistry is very expensive and not everyone can afford it. So what my goal is now is to be a oral surgeon and travel the world going to underprivileged towns fixing not only teeth but mouth deformities and cleft palates to people that can’t afford it. It's going to take about eight years of schooling. But I’m really looking forward to it.
